Please have the following information ready to provide in your email or over the phone.

• Required Contact Information: name of your theatre organization, contact individual, mailing/street address, phone and fax numbers and email address (if delivery address for printed playbills is different, please provide that in addition to your mailing address)

• What Service Level you require: design and print; design only or print only.

• What Print Option you require: this information is necessary for design purposes even if you do not require our print services.

• Date show opens so we can determine deadlines for your job.

• Number of pages: with the exception of the 6pg. playbill, all page counts should be in increments of 4. This can be an approximation, as final content will determine the number of pages, however we will make every attempt to keep your job within the approximated page count to keep you on budget.

• Your paper and ink color preferences, if any. We can make those choices for you based on your design, but if you'd like to have input in this regard, please see individual print option pages for paper choices, and describe ink preference ie. burgandy, dark burgandy, violet, purple, blue, etc.)
